Performed variety of complex administrative, supervisory and professional work in planning, coordinating and directing the law enforcement activities of the department, with an emphasis on investigations and patrol.

Planned and directed implementation of the department's short and long-term budgets and established operational standards.

Served as Emergency Manager for the City including the administration of the City’s Continuity of Operations. Proficient in the Incident Command System used for the command, control, and coordination of an emergency response.

Conducted and managed varied criminal and internal investigation activities involving search and arrest warrants, civil demands for evidence, filing criminal charges with local and state prosecutors and presenting courtroom testimony. Regularly conducted interview and integrations along with physical and video surveillance of suspects.
