- I have managed the mobile environment from cradle to the grave in MTS TEM Suite EMM solution for Viad Corp since July 2013. Also have experience using Amtel EMM

- I procurement devices and determine the appropriate wireless plan. I've reduced the cost on mobile device plans by more than 50%, up to 80% over the past four years

- I maintain and update user profiles as needed in telecom expense management (TEMs) system, including users, physical location and GL coding.

Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- I created, configured, and documented the Supervised profile via Microsoft Intune in communication with Apple DEP to require employees to use company credentials (from Active directory) to enroll devices. This creates a more secure mobile environment allowing for company data be stored only in company approved apps and accessed only by active employees. This is also will override Activation lock and prohibit some features to comply with company policies.
- I configured Microsoft Intune App catalog for required apps (Windows, Android, and Apple)
- I created all documentation to support Microsoft apps that communicate to the Intune portal and provide support to IT and the end user community.
- I created, configured, and documented the Supervised profile via Apple configurator and Apple configurator 2 to override Activation lock and prohibit some features to comply with company policies and point enrollment to Air watch MDM
