Sr. Creative & Design Director
TERVIS / St. Petersburg, FL
Managed and directed all Creative for this drinkware manufacturer/retailer with annual revenues of $170 MM. Primary responsibilities were to provide creative direction and oversite for all Digital, Print, Drinkware Decoration and Photography initiatives in support of Tervis.com, Tervis retail stores (45), and Marcom Direct Mail - Print advertising. 81 total brands and licenses serviced include Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter, NFL, NBA and MLB to name a few. My initial role was to restructure and unify all in-house designers, illustrators, and copywriters into a one Creative Services team totaling 17 people. While at Tervis, I was able to direct artwork to secure new licenses for both Sports and Entertainment properties, build an external production art network to support team sports growth, and implement a new company rebrand. Responsibilities also included directing photo shoots, packaging design and in-store merchandising displays.
VP - Creative Director (Operations)
HSN (Home Shopping Network) / St. Petersburg, FL
Managed all of aspects of the Creative and Production operations for this multi-platform network with annual revenues of $3.8 BB. Primary responsibilities included creative process and workflow management (digital, mobile, photography, copy & print), Traffic & Production process management for all brands, categories, fixed programming, events, and movie partnerships. I was heavily involved with the launch and implementation of a new multi-million dollar, enterprise wide Project Request Platform (UMO), implementation of new workflows incorporating Responsive Design for desktop and mobile, and the launch of a new DAM storage and archiving platform (TELESCOPE). These three initiatives unified all creative business requests across all departments and platforms greatly improving efficiencies and productivity while reducing expenses. Additional responsibilities included timeline and calendarization of all major seasonal campaigns, photo shoots and brand launches. I was also a Creative representative on the Executive Planning Committee, the Multi-Cultural Strategy Committee, the Digital Steering Committee and other key business initiatives.

Managed and directed all Creative Services & Marketing operations for this fashion enterprise with annual revenues of $460 MM. Primary responsibilities included creative workflow traffic and production process management for Photography, Digital, Print and Motion content for the Kenneth Cole New York and Kenneth Cole Reaction brands. Proposed and had an in-house photo studio built, reducing e-comm photography expenses by $432K for 2012. Restructured retouching process into a tiered approach dramatically reducing retouching costs, while maintaining brand integrity and strict image standards. Implemented new photography workflow platform and e-comm standards. Implemented new archive platform and protocols for all corporate assets. Managed a Creative Services budget of $2.7MM. Internal staff of 10. 4 brands total. Kenneth Cole New York, Reaction, Unlisted, Gentle Soles.

Managed and directed all Creative and Production processes for the $900 MM branded businesses under the Perry Ellis International umbrella. Primary responsibilities included direction and supervision of all Photography and Digital Services, Advertising Design, Packaging and Trim Design, Print Production-Media Trafficking and Creative Copywriting. This includes but is not limited to oversight and/or hands-on creative campaign concept development, talent selection, photo shoot direction, photo shoot production, post production digital, photo editing and budget management. Internal staff of 16. 38 brands total. Brands of note: Perry Ellis, Nike Swim, PGA Tour, Callaway, Jantzen, Cubavera, Original Penguin.
