Brian founded the company in 2009, following a successful run in the vending and coffee service industry. That background helped him understand customer expectations, logistics, and the delivery of services. He applied these insights to develop a rental-based system that offers high-quality water and ice equipment, thereby eliminating the need for traditional plastic bottle delivery in workplaces and other commercial settings.

The company provides complete installation, ongoing maintenance, and flexible rental agreements. Under his leadership, it has expanded to more than 500 active client locations across Arizona, serving schools, offices, healthcare centers, and other organizations. The business has consistently achieved a service uptime of over 99% and holds a 5-star customer rating, highlighting its reliability and attention to client needs.

Sustainability is a key focus in his approach. The product range includes reverse osmosis units, alkaline systems, ice machines, and sparkling water dispensers—all designed to reduce single-use plastic waste and decrease emissions tied to production and delivery.
