I am a versatile and transformative leader with over eighteen years of experience negotiating and administering government and commercial contracts.
Since leaving active duty, I have held various positions of increasing responsibility working for defense R&D, production, service and IT/cyber-oriented companies.
I specialize in cradle to grave contract/subcontract administration of all contract types supporting domestic international policy and requirements contracts. I have also successfully led Capture teams as a Capture Manager.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the Norwich University.

Mission First Srvices / Fort Rucker, AL
Managed the $5B+ Fort Rucker Aviation Maintenance Services contract which provides maintenance and logistics support services for the entire fleet of rotary wing aircraft assigned to the U.S. Army, USAF and foreign allies in support of initial entry and graduate aviation training requirements.Researched, submitted and negotiated Requests for Equitable Adjustments for over and above work. Responsible for all contractual issues arising between the Mission Installation Contracting Commands at Fort Sam Houston, TX and Fort Rucker, AL (MICCs) and the Aviation Center Logistics Command (ACLC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
