Brendon Falconer

Brendon Falconer is a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience in banking, treasury, analytics, and corporate finance. He has built his career on a disciplined, data-driven approach and a collaborative executive style. His work centers on transforming detailed financial data into practical strategies that guide operational performance and long-term planning.

Raised in York, Pennsylvania, Brendon developed an early appreciation for both academic discipline and athletic performance. He earned an accounting degree from Kent State University and later completed an MBA at Indiana State University. His education provided a strong foundation in management, strategy, and leadership, which proved essential to his advancement in the banking sector.

Brendon’s expertise includes financial reporting, asset and liability management, management reporting, and data analytics. He has significant experience in econometric modeling, ACL development, and stress testing frameworks. His background also covers mergers and acquisitions, credit analysis, financial modeling, and investment portfolio oversight. Throughout his roles, he has emphasized sound risk management and thoughtful capital planning.

In February 2014, Brendon joined Old National Bank as senior vice president, leading management reporting and data analytics. He became treasurer in September 2016, overseeing liquidity, capital planning, market risk sensitivity, and treasury operations. Since May 2019, Brendon Falconer has served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, data analytics, procurement, and finance teams.

Under his financial leadership, Old National Bank expanded to more than $46 billion in combined assets, including the acquisition of a $20 billion Chicago bank. Outside of his professional work, Brendon competed in the NCAA Division I decathlon and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials. He also supports nonprofit and educational organizations within his community.
