In February 2014, Brendon joined Old National Bank as senior vice president, leading management reporting and data analytics. He became treasurer in September 2016, overseeing liquidity, capital planning, market risk sensitivity, and treasury operations. Since May 2019, Brendon Falconer has served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, data analytics, procurement, and finance teams.
Under his financial leadership, Old National Bank expanded to more than $46 billion in combined assets, including the acquisition of a $20 billion Chicago bank. Outside of his professional work, Brendon competed in the NCAA Division I decathlon and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials. He also supports nonprofit and educational organizations within his community.
