Before Brandon Jones joined Davidson Homes, he oversaw field operations for one of the largest public homebuilders in the nation, managing a $13 billion portfolio that included nearly 29,000 home closings each year and more than 4,000 employees.
Earlier in his career, he turned struggling divisions into profitable operations. In Michigan, he reversed an $85 million loss, raised annual revenue from $200K to over $700K, and turned the division into a $160 million profit center. He achieved similar results in Chicago and Georgia by improving margins, simplifying operations, and developing strong teams.
