Brady Beitlich was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988, and spent much of his early life fishing in Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay waters. Later that year, he joined Catholic Health Initiatives in Chattanooga, focusing on improving surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow.
In 2016, Beitlich became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, overseeing specialties including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care.
