Summary

Brad Bowden has spent more than 15 years working directly with companies and leadership teams to improve how software is built, tested, and delivered. His career has focused on quality engineering and digital transformation, where reliable systems and disciplined processes are critical. He works closely with organizations to understand how technology affects their business outcomes and helps align quality engineering strategies with those goals. He has built his professional reputation on consistent follow-through, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving technology challenges.

Brad currently serves as Senior Director of Business Development at QualiZeal, where he leads business development across the Southeast. In this position, he focuses on building relationships with enterprise organizations and guiding them toward stronger quality engineering practices. Through structured outreach and disciplined execution, he helped the company secure several Fortune 1000 clients, strengthening its presence in the region. His approach to client engagement is simple and focused. He asks executives about the outcomes they want to achieve, then connects quality engineering solutions to those goals with clear steps. By emphasizing better risk identification, improved release confidence, and shorter feedback loops, he helps organizations strengthen the reliability of their software delivery.

Before joining QualiZeal, Bowden served as Senior Director of Business Development at Cigniti Technologies. During that time, the firm expanded its global reputation and market footprint, eventually becoming one of the leading quality engineering companies worldwide. He led commercial expansion across the United States with particular emphasis on the Southeast and helped secure several Fortune 500 accounts. His responsibilities included identifying strategic accounts, maintaining executive-level relationships, and ensuring that delivery capabilities aligned with client expectations.

His work extended beyond closing agreements. Brad stayed involved with clients after contracts were signed to ensure that commitments made during the sales process translated into long-term partnerships. By maintaining executive-level communication and reinforcing accountability, he supported stable relationships and reliable delivery outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Bowden served as Head of Sales for the United States consulting business at QualityKiosk Technologies. In that role, he focused on expanding market penetration and strengthening enterprise consulting partnerships. Before that, he held leadership roles at two consulting firms that were later acquired following their success. These experiences helped him understand how technology services organizations scale and where operational challenges often appear.

Quality engineering has remained a central focus throughout his professional journey. Brad has seen how poorly managed testing practices can delay software releases, frustrate customers, and weaken business performance. At the same time, he has observed how disciplined quality engineering practices protect brand reputation while supporting innovation. As artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into modern systems, he recognizes the importance of combining AI-driven testing with strong quality engineering practices.

Brad Bowden continues to build his career around practical leadership, reliable partnerships, and steady progress in the technology industry.
