Brad Bowden

Brad Bowden has worked for over fifteen years with companies that need to strengthen their software design, testing, and delivery. His experience spans quality engineering, digital transformation, enterprise sales, and client partnership development. He has often worked with executives who want to reduce risk, improve release confidence, and shorten feedback cycles. His professional focus has remained practical: understand the business outcome first, then align quality engineering support to that outcome.

Brad is currently Associate Vice President of Business Development at QualiZeal. He supports the company’s efforts to expand its enterprise customer base through outreach, relationship development, and careful execution. His work has helped bring in several Fortune 1000 accounts and build stronger awareness for QualiZeal in the region. He focuses on learning what clients want to achieve before explaining how quality engineering can reduce risk, improve confidence, and support delivery goals.

Brad gained significant experience as Senior Director of Business Development at Cigniti Technologies. In that role, he helped expand the company’s business in the United States, with particular emphasis on the Southeast market. He was responsible for securing several Fortune 500 accounts and supporting the firm’s position as a global quality engineering provider. His work included account strategy, client penetration, delivery alignment, and continued executive-level relationship management.

Brad has made quality engineering a central part of his professional work. He has seen how weak testing practices can delay releases, frustrate customers, and affect revenue. He has also seen how disciplined quality programs can protect a brand while supporting faster innovation. His view of artificial intelligence is practical. He believes companies cannot scale AI securely without strong AI quality engineering and without using AI to improve quality engineering itself.

Brad’s service includes board and volunteer work in the technology sector. Since 2017, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia, helping support industry collaboration and regional technology growth. He has also taken part in Data Governance Society initiatives focused on responsible data use. His support for that work led to the Technology Association of Georgia Impact Award in 2024.
