Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, former SaaS executive, and founder of Warrior Husband, a worldwide movement dedicated to restoring marriages and equipping faith-driven husbands. With decades of leadership experience and personal challenges—including the 2008 financial collapse and a battle with cancer—Bob devotes his life to helping men lead with love, rebuild trust, and take full responsibility for the spiritual and relational legacy they leave behind.
Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Bob pursued higher education at several institutions before earning a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida. In 1998, he founded Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving prominent clients in the medical and financial sectors. He developed secure, high-uptime infrastructure in a 32,000-square-foot facility and expanded into cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
Under Bob’s leadership, the company supported hundreds of thousands of field workers for global retail brands, employing over 60 professionals in the US and 50 internationally. By 2002, it had achieved multi-million-dollar success. Yet in 2008, an economic downturn and a cancer diagnosis collided, forcing Bob to navigate financial strain, health crises, and personal trials with resilience and unwavering faith.
Leaning on scripture, prayer, and the steadfast support of his wife, Debbie, Bob experienced a spiritual renewal that reshaped his purpose. In 2015, he launched Warrior Husband to serve men thriving in business but struggling at home. Rooted in biblical principles, the movement introduced frameworks such as the Warrior Sanctification Method, Six Sanctifying Skills, and King’s Roadmap to Reconnection.
Over 10,000 men from more than 10 countries have engaged in Warrior Husband programs. From the rapid-impact Jumpstart to the six-month Inner Circle, participants experience mentorship, accountability, and profound transformation. Brotherhood groups foster peer connection, while Bob personally addresses communication, intimacy, fatherhood, and leadership with clarity and conviction.
Looking ahead, Bob Gerace Reviews plans to expand through the Warrior King Network, empowering graduates to mentor others, plant hubs, and strengthen churches worldwide. Married to Debbie since 1986, he approaches their 40th anniversary in 2026, embodying the very message he teaches. Together, they share a passion for faith, family, service, and aviation, always seeking perspective from both the skies and the heart.
