At year 2009, German medical device manufacturer "Weinmann Geräte für Medizin GmbH + Co. KG" (www.weinmann.de) declared their interest at PRO-TIP A.Ş. and we have agreed on selling 20% of our shares. After 2 years they put in requisition the rest of the company shares and we have ended with a final signature for the rest of PRO-TIP A.Ş. shares at the end of 2011.
