Designed day, cocktail, evening, mother-of-the-bride and soft separates for our missy costumer. Created all tech packs and was in charge of weekly fittings for missy, women and petite sizes. Met with fabric and trim vendors and pitched print color ways. Shopped stores for inspiration and met with sales and production to ensure open communication while sharing ideas and insight. Communicated with overseas factories to ensure development understanding, while also keeping in house sewers and caters busy with a consistent work flow

Aided the head designer with new blouse and suiting ideas. Met with fabric and trim vendors daily to keep the line fresh. Oversaw sample hands, drapers and cutters to ensure consistent work flow.

Aided the head designer with tech packs. Created bead layouts and other timings. Liaison with production department on costing and fabric approvals.
