Working as shift Engineer Maintenance (O&M) with total TPM Management.
Overall routine observation of 33 KVA substation and control room.
Testing and commissioning of M.C.C. Control room and for various subsection of plants as-
HVAC
Utility- this section of plants comprises: -
Air Compressor. (800 NM3/Hr).
Nitrogen plant (150 NM3/Hr).
Chiller Plant (250 TR/Hr).
Boiler (Hot water & Thermic Fluid). 25 Lac Kcal/Hr
To generate Daily Utility & Power Consumption Report.
Process area –checking and Observation of various equipment and machines associated with Streamline Production Process.
Testing and calibration of various instruments and sensor viz Pressure Transmitter, Weighing machine & flow meters.
To maintain daily activity report with work permit and safety norm.
Pre-planning of manpower distribution, work-order, safety and tools with necessary assets.
Proper S.O.P training for specific job if required.
Closing and approval of task with work-permit and reporting to I.M.S.
Coordination with IMS (Internal Management System) to insure specified Planning for upgradation, Modification, Installation, Testing or Commissioning of new System or Equipment for Maintenance Minimization.
