I'm an editor, writer, curator and journalist devoted to content and stories that increase awareness, as well as engage and expand the audience. I work with writers, designers, managers and other professionals to create and promote compelling posts, pages, campaigns and points of view. Throughout my career, I've been able to draw readers with original, interesting content — from features and videos to UX-oriented pages. I deliver editorial conviction, generate ideas and emphasize collaboration.

Experience

2016 Aug - Present
Co-founder & Executive Editor
The Frisc / San Francisco, CA
Acting as first-time entrepreneur to be a sort of COO for a new publication, The Frisc, intensely devoted to San Francisco. Selected a platform, registered domain and social profiles, directed the brand/logo design and set up process for workflow for our launch in spring 2017. Now that we publish weekly, next steps for the project are scaling, recruiting writers and contributors, exploring partnerships and testing the waters for capital investment and expansion. This is a classic media and startup side hustle, seeing opportunity in covering a changing city.
• Focusing editorial lens on the most important issues facing the Bay Area: housing and transit
• Writing and editing relevant stories for audience serious about what’s going on in SF
