While working with Omerge Alliances, I was able to work on the Femme Fatale event with Iman Cosmetics and to create a successful event that allowed for live streaming with industry tastemakers and beauty bloggers from around the country. The event became a trending Twitter topic as a result.

Rebranded a Transgendered percussionist, who was having trouble reestablishing herself after transitioning by redesigning her bio, website, and social media presence. As a result, her Facebook presence doubled within 3 months.

Designed marketing plans for meetings, kickoff events, product launches, press conferences, trade shows and VIP Events under the Sprint, NASCAR, NFL partnership 175-200 yearly events. Managed event calendar, coordinated the planning and implementation of 5-10 quarterly executive level meetings such as Virtual Briefings, CEO/Analyst briefings, sales meetings and sales kickoff events. Managed budgets from $1K-$1M, by forecasting projected costs, setting budget goals and negotiating vendor contracts. Organized and maintained invitation/registration process by designing HTML invitations, handling agenda design and planning calls. Secured speakers, conducted site visits, maintained partner relationships and created training policies and manuals for staff. Managed food and beverage contracts, hotel contracts, corporate gifts, concierge services as well as event recaps for clients.
I was able to take a potentially derailed event that was stalled due to the selected site being an historical landmark and unable to be altered. By working with the RF Engineers I was able to design a new plan to allow for streaming the launch. As a result Sprint was able to launch the Samsung Reclaim and reestablish Sprint as an environmentally conscious company.
