Recruited by Sutter Hill Ventures as Lacework’s first go-to-market executive. Quickly scaled sales to become the fastest growing company in cloud security with 778% YoY growth. Led all revenue generating activities for the company; including field sales, inside sales, SDRs, SEs, renewals, channel sales & alliances, sales enablement, and sales operations. Recruited, enabled, and led a team of 30 sales professionals including five 1st-line managers. Executed strategic deals with Cisco, Juniper, VMware, J.Crew, Box, Snowflake Computing and others.

Created and implemented a deeply pipeline-focused and MEDDIC based sales process. Developed all sales messaging and executed a rigorous sales enablement program. Presented at all Board meetings and was instrumental in building out the annual operating plan. Worked closely with the CEO and exec team in closing a $24M Series B round of financing in August 2018.
