Spearhead quarterly meetings with COOs and Desk Heads to discuss metrics in depth to identity and enhancement gaps in risk

Daily operational oversight and supervision over teams in NY, Ireland and Mumbai [12 employees] to ensure completion and accuracy of tasks performed, and lead biweekly meetings to ensure accuracy and efficiency of tasks

Project manage global IT development for Risk’s Dashboard to comply with regulatory and audit requests and redesign the platform to satisfy firm requirements

Design, implement and monitor internal control testing, Global IB review based on Regulatory requirements by writing reports for senior management, scripting testing strategies based on the business area’s implemented controls, and providing input on the most effective and efficient testing approach

Project manage the internal control testing by directing the planning, designing, production and management of testing under strict deadlines

Administer team meetings and one-on-one interviews during internal control review with business process owners, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls based on Control Inventory, documentation and Reporting
