Focus: Lead the Marketing and Branding efforts for the club. Manage ten direct reports tasked in multiple functions (marketing asset development, media buying, e-mail marketing and communication, grassroots marketing, gameday presentation)

- Operate interdepartmentally to build a multi-year, campaign based, marketing strategy, resulting in consistent brand messaging and profit derived from ticket and merchandise sales as well as sponsorship fulfillment.

- Proactive with marketing budget, realizing positive ROI in key identified promotional verticals. Worked with traditional media (OOH, Direct Mail, Publication) as well as digital media platforms (Social, Web, App, E-mail).

- Led club re-brand in advance of FC Cincinnati being awarded a MLS franchise in 2019.

- Developed a three person internal creative “Studio”, whose function is supporting and delivering creative marketing assets throughout the organization.

- Launched salesforce marketing platform and continually manage communication to over 60K subscribers.

- Work with multiple international, national and regional companies to incorporate partners into the FC Cincinnati brand.

Focus: Led the Consumer Products branding and sales efforts for the club. Managed three reports to develop strategy, create assets, curate assortment, build selling platforms, and report results, while delivering exceptional sales and service to our customers and fans.

- #1 in USL in sales and profit for Consumer Product, three years in a row, delivering 4X the average merchandise sales of the average franchise. Owned and managed Brick and Mortar, Online, Gameday and Licensee business sales verticals from 2016-2018.

- Managed transition of Consumer Products business from USL (owned licensing) to MLS (Central Licensing Program).

- Opened the FC Cincinnati Fan Shop. Oversaw all phases of the project (budgeting/design/construction). Completed on time and on budget.

- Completed implementation of new Point of Sale and Inventory Management software. Recognized the previous technology was not able to scale with our

- Led a 38-member team of Managers, Coordinators and Visual Specialist Associates. Responsible to train, boost productivity and encourage proactive thinking in the corporate office and in the 20+ freestanding retail shops in China.

- Created standardized communication channels between Retail, Merchant and Upper Management teams in the Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York offices.

- Completed three rounds of employee performance appraisals and succession planning that allowed for 12 promotions and positive feedback during three review cycles.
