Responsible for the overall IT EPMO practice, providing leadership, coordination, and management of the PMO processes and functions in the enterprise.

o Delivered a collaborative PMO portal/dashboards for visibility and controls to all projects in the portfolio (Smartsheet).
o Developed all project management templates (pre-implementation and implementation) in Smartsheet.

Responsible for the Project Portfolio Management practice at company-level, providing leadership, coordination, and management of the PMO processes and functions in the enterprise.
o Established the Project Management Office. Metrics: Project portfolio: 95 projects, $15MM budget.
o Organized the PMO around two groups: project management and business process management (6 project managers, 4 Business analysts).
o Managed executive reporting on project portfolio (Monthly, Quarterly Business Review
o Established standard templates for all aspects of project management from inception to completion. o Set operating and capital controls, budgeting, and forecasting for all projects.
o Institutionalized (at Executive Leadership level) the Strategic and Annual Operating Planning processes to manage the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

◦ Directed the strategic and annual operating plan; financial planning and execution of the project portfolio.
◦ Portfolio: 126 projects, $120MM budget (2008-2010).
◦ Staff: 30 project managers, 5 program managers.
◦ Initiated (vision/roadmap) the transformation of the PMO practice.
◦ Led & delivered a productivity program (Kaizen) for PMO's processes.
◦ Key enterprise projects: HR suite (PeopleSoft), B2B (Sterling Commerce), Desktop deployment (45,000) across PepsiCo USA.

Responsible for strategic planning, annual operating planning and regional leadership engagement across PepsiCo’s LOBs and the delivery of global Backoffice solutions.

oLed PepsiCo business transformation program (IT/international) in the area of finance and manufacturing.

o Led engagement with leadership across the world to define standard Purchase-To-Pay (PTP) processes and solutions.
o Developed a Toolkit - A set of processes, rules, technical solutions and implementation processes for the rollout of PTP across PepsiCo's BUs (Oracle ERP).
o Developed a rapid project lifecycle methodology for Toolkit solutions.
o Solution set: finance (GL/COA), Purchase-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash and supply chain solutions.
o Managed global implementation program. Results: 72 implementations in 42 business units, 48 plants in 21 countries in three years.
o Managed staff in India and Mexico.
