Supervise/ oversee the day-to-day activity globally with direct participation on Front-to-Back issue resolution, enforcing consistency and best practice adoption across the sites.
Enforce the conduct and control agenda globally leveraging the implementation done in the US including system controls, pre-trading, books and records, IMR and risk reviews.

Architecture lead for the first DML implementation in Brazil to support FX Options project integrating Calypso and downstream systems.
Coordinate all the GBM project leads, helping to define the solution architecture and design in order to assure the security, high-availability and robustness for business necessity and expected growth, including, Bonds, FX Options, Charles Rivers, Book Private, Equities and Futures.
Liaising with the local HBBR infrastructure teams to improve and define SLA that fit GBM.

Automobile Insurance program management (this program was composed by 5 subprojects with 48 permanents and contractors) successfully delivered in production reducing the insurance payment life-cycle.
Architecture lead of cross product insurance strategy, main objective was create a platform to present potential deals opportunities, commissions and strategy to sell and reduce costs in cross products deals between automobile, life and property insurance.
Architecture lead and project manager of HSBC life and automobile insurance run off, working closely with HDI IT to migrate clients and operations for those lines and reestablish the cross product flow for HSBC.

1999 Mar - 2003 Feb

Analyst consult for web application development based web and Java technologies (Servlets/ JSP) integrated with IBM Lotus (Notes/ sametime/ QuickPlace and Domino) software standards.
Working with the team to define architecture standards and security certification for Lotus Notes application in the Web Environment.
