Alexander Schifter

Alexander Schifter is a fractional CFO consultant at Centripetal Advisors, where he helps enterprise SaaS startups scale their businesses. His entrepreneurial experience and financial expertise enable him to provide valuable guidance to SaaS founders. Alexander also invests in his clients when opportunities arise, offering insight into startup business planning, strategic finance, and revenue operations.

In 2022, Alexander acquired XO Espresso Bar, a specialty coffee shop based in Miami that serves high-quality coffee and wellness drinks. As the owner and CEO, he manages all aspects of business development, financial planning, procurement, human resources, and payroll for two café locations. Over time, he expanded into wholesale operations and actively pursued new standalone locations and franchise partnerships. He plans to open a new XO Espresso Bar later this year in a prime area of Miami Beach. Additionally, Alexander secured a three-year consulting and coffee supply agreement with Yann Couvreur, a well-known French patisserie, to support XO Espresso Bar’s continued expansion.

In 2021, Alexander co-founded Hello Arthur, a medical and dental supply marketplace that allowed healthcare providers to purchase supplies directly from manufacturers, passing savings on to customers. Despite the platform achieving six-figure revenue, Alexander decided to wind down operations and focus entirely on XO Espresso Bar.

Alexander began his career in 2015 as an Investment Bank Analyst at AGC Partners, a boutique investment bank based in Boston. Technology Investment Banker spanning several midsized and large regional boutiques from 2015 to 2020.
