Created and oversaw a team of 107 and an annual budget of $2.5m, in support of 2,000 employees. Functions included building and directing a 24hr, 7 days a week, Security and Intelligence Operational Support Service (SIOSS), Security Incident Management (SIEM) Vulnerability Management program, security architecture, Incident Response program, 3rd party Due Diligence, security policies, and security awareness.
