On a private voluntary and freelance short-term consultation, designed, developed and implemented a concept called the Security Integrated Enterprise Protection Platform.

A concept of which, was to find solutions through multi-dimensional approaches and was a dynamic security concept, specifically designed to assess, analysed the risk, and threats to personnel operating in the wildlife reserve, clients both existing and potential, within an operational safe margin of 90%, with a view to setting up a complete security strategy infrastructure to deny, detect, deter, monitor and respond to incidents.

Provided guidance and counsel on long-range security compliance goals and strategies, to the President and COO of a start-up Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility.

Designed physical, technical and procedural integrated security systems and managed security projects, that were in excess of over 200 million dollars at a medical marijuana cultivation facility.

Significant principal functionality included security Intelligence program and infrastructure design, integral development processes and implementation of risk management mitigation strategies, conceptual security designs, personnel security recruiting, training, career development, emergency management, crisis response, author of the business continuation plan and administration and Management of Change process regarding the redesign of operational security procedures.

Strategic bottom-line design, development and crucial implementation of a concept called the Security Integrated Enterprise Protection Platforms (SIEPP). A concept of which, was to find solutions through multi-dimensional approaches and was a dynamic security concept, specifically designed to assess, analysed the risk, and threats to Seven Points Management personnel, clients both existing and potential, with a view to setting up a complete security strategy infrastructure to deny, detect, deter, monitor and respond to incidents.

• Designed and developed the company’s security initiatives, developed new and innovative security operational, that were industry specific, while identifying best practices, and driving continuous improvement opportunities.
• Instrumental in the development of the physical layout of the Security Control Center, using best practice methods of construction and the ISO 11064-1:2000(en), Ergonomic design of control centers design.
• Key conceptual designer, developer and implementation of the crop sabotage hypothesis, risk factors, and mitigating measures.
• Leader of strategic and business planning of the security department in support of key projects, goal setting, quality implementation, organizational performance measurement, and reinvention efforts, to ensure alignment within Seven Points Management’s vision, values and goals.

Designed and managed an effective security and crisis management program for a United Kingdom/Nigerian high growth Oil and gas production company operating in West Africa, with $22 billion in assets and held responsibility for safeguarding the company’s 2,000 in country expatriate and local employees, assets, information and reputation.

Created and oversaw a team of 107 and an annual budget of $2.5m, in support of 2,000 employees. Functions included building and directing a 24hr, 7 days a week, Security and Intelligence Operational Support Service (SIOSS), Security Incident Management (SIEM) Vulnerability Management program, security architecture, Incident Response program, 3rd party Due Diligence, security policies, and security awareness.

• Designed and implemented new security concepts, to better manage emergency preparedness, planning, the prevention of, coordination and communication, with regards to crisis response, within Expro, in response to emergencies regarding civil disturbance, terrorist activity, violence in the workplace, and investigations of reported or apparent violations of criminal statutes.
