Alex began his professional career in the United States Marine Corps, quickly becoming a non-commissioned officer. While in Al Anbar Province, Iraq, he was involved in high-risk convoy security operations. His leadership skills were tested as he assumed supervisory responsibilities, ensuring the safety and readiness of his team. A notable assignment in Okinawa, Japan, where he managed the welfare of over 30 service members, further honed his leadership abilities. His performance earned him numerous personal awards, reflecting his dedication and effectiveness under pressure.

After completing his military service, Alex transitioned into the public sector with the Social Security Administration. In this role, he conducted investigative interviews, determined benefit eligibility, and made decisions that affected people’s lives. His bilingual abilities in English and Spanish allowed him to communicate effectively with various individuals, ensuring fair and accurate treatment. He also worked on complex cases involving congressional inquiries, overpayment recovery, and fraud prevention, using his analytical skills and dedication to public service to navigate these challenges.

Alex’s career led him to the private sector, where he applied his leadership skills to the insurance industry. He started as the sales director at one of South Florida’s largest brokerages, focusing on improving communication and operational efficiency. His success in this role led to a promotion to Director of Broker Support and Licensing, where he ensured that agents adhered to all industry regulations. In this capacity, Alex continued to foster a culture of mentorship and accountability, developing his team and ensuring compliance with CMS and state DOI policies.

Throughout his career, Alexander has remained deeply committed to his family. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children, often participating in outdoor activities that promote family bonding. His service-oriented mindset extends beyond his family and career. He is actively involved in charitable organizations such as Wounded Warriors and the Broward County Humane Society. He also volunteers at Chabad of Boca Raton, demonstrating his continued commitment to giving back to his community.
