Owner 'representative" to manage the Construction of El-Khayyat Center Prince Sultan St. Jeddah according to quality standard. This includes managing the changes, co-ordination/communication between different contractors such H.V.A.C ,Elevators ,Plumbing & Fire Fighting System ,Cladding ,Finishing Works . And, to Manage /Control project budget & the contracts.

Client: Ministry of Inerter; Traffic Dept. Civil Works cost over 120 Million Sr.
Responsibility: Manage the construction of the Project Civil Infrastructure Information Communication Network @ 120 Street Intersections over three cities including the new Building Facilities. Prepare Project RFP. .Monitor that the execution is meeting Quality set by the client .

A multi billion SR underground strategic storage facility built by ABV for refined petroleum products. Half a million cubic meters of normal concrete have been cast and the same volume of shotcrete sprayed in 5 sites.
•Superintendent 1yr
Responsibility: Forecast manpower, material & equipment .Formulate job evaluation procedure. Assure that Job descriptions are updated . Assure that construction done within the assigned area is according to project quality, drawings & within the budget.
•QC Chief Supervisor 8 1/2 yrs.
Section head for lab, that performed standard tests to insure those construction materials are meeting the technical specification & QC/QA Dept. Requirements. . These standard tests cover steel installation/welding, concrete / shotcrete production, aggregates, water treatment plants, asphalt, & paint. Reporting directly to QC Manager.
Responsibility: Prepare Monthly Quality Report including statistics. Develop written procedure to ensure that QA/QC systems are functioning and documented professionally. Establish & maintain the Operating Manual in accordance with ISO9000.Establish the inspections forms & the procedure/plan for inspection . Initiate NCR . Coordinate with Civil Work Dept. ,& Procurement Dept. for the implementation of company systems for effective planning, scheduling,& cost control .Prepare annual budget/forecast for manpower, material, equipment.
•Chief Supervisor 2 1/2 yrs
Establishment and maintenance of the operating manual. Distribute civil lab work within organization. Assure the readiness for the Quarterly Auditing .Coordinate with production. Assist in all technical issues upon request. Participate for issuing the Monthly Lab Report. Attend the Quarterly Auditing.
•Concrete Engineer @Laboratory 1 yrs & 9 Months
Supervise laboratory tests ,& review related contracts/approve payment. Attend the Quarterly Auditing.
•Concrete Engineer @ BATCHING PLANT 3yrs.
Coordinate between production and laboratory. Assure that material quality are met .

•Housing Engineer
Evaluation of company housing compounds &policy. Analyze/discuss the technical & economical justification for maintenance/expansion as well as refurbishing.

Shopping Center.
Review the structural design drawing and make necessary changes. Follow up schedule & construction progress. Check invoices & prepare payments. Discuss & review contracts. Ensure that construction activities are done according to terms.

Supervise the maintenance and operation for Jeddah police station. Report to the HQ annual renovation needed .Check &discuss the monthly maintenance invoices. Estimate & request the annual budget.
