Responsibilities include the effective move to AEM 6, to deliver an exceptional, mobile-enabled Brand experience on the corporate website. Developed and implemented a digital content strategy and a tiered paid digital marketing plan to increase ROI, and effectively leverage the multitude of mobile touchpoints used by target audience. Developed multiple digital dashboards for internal practitioners to enable informed client conversations, and currently developing unified analytics dashboard for leadership to deliver real-time ROI and user engagement insights.

Key Achievements Engagements:

* Strategy to re-assess paid advertising dollars from conventional print buys, to targeted and personalized digital Channels, specifically SM Channels, increasing ROI by over 35% within the first two campaigns.

* Designed, and directed the build of the new website, leverage the new capabilities offered by AEM 6. The only Practice within the 148 country Network to do so, developing best practice examples for usability, and AEM functional requirements and processes.
