As a VP, Market Manager of the Northwest within the PVSI (payments, virtual solutions and innovation group,) I lead a remote sales team of 8-13 Business Sales Consultants (outside B2B sales professionals) who serve the states of OR, WA, ID and MT - 334 banking centers and 16 commercial banking sites.
I was responsible for leading and growing our enterprise business solutions partnership by creating a diverse, collaborative, and innovative team environment which empowered each team member to positively impact their assigned territories and accounts. In supporting my markets, I was tasked to collaborate and design the partnership framework with Executive leaders within Wells Fargo to drive high-level partnerships amongst our teams.
My team was focused on supporting businesses of various scales (retail, web-based, SaaS) accept and integrate credit / digital payment acceptance and grow their business in multiple areas by leveraging our diverse line of software, hardware and gateway solutions.
I recruited, scaled and fully staffed the NW region in a 9-month span and increased overall Book of Business production results from 82% to 152% of financial plan; generating $1.02Bn in total processing revenue.
