Project: Kangan Petro Refinery (Equipment Installation in Sea Water Intake & Electro Chlorination Package)

• Collected procedure and technical document for project (Technical drawing, FSQ, TQA, Qc form . Qc procedure)
• Develop, prepare and execute work plans for the execution activities
• Supervised and provided technical support to the project team and also give them an innovation solution for assembling and installation 15000 pieces of equipment in 30 days. (Band Screen, Bar Screen, Trash Rack, Chlorination package equipment, Intake pump)
• Maintain project schedule and cost by coordinating activities, monitoring and controlling progress to achieve project success and resolving issues by effective solutions. Eventually delivering projects on time and within budget.

Project: South Pars Gas Field Development Project Phase13,22,23,24

(Steel Structure Installation And Repair)

• Prepared cost and time estimate from the similar pervious project and also created FWBS
• Identified resources and requirements, assigned responsibilities for 100+ project team (technical office engineer, supervisor, assembler, welder , Forman,…).
• Managed field construction team during erection and repair 15000 Ton steel structure, providing field engineering expertise on any activities problems and work closely with the Project team to identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks with productively action and increase steel structure erection and repair rate from 300 Ton in a month to 1000 Ton in a month.
• Leaded all aspects of the project and implemented project plan from start through close-out as well monitor the actual cost and work performed with respect to budget and work scheduled, analyzing the progress and highlighting deviations whereupon increased project quantity from 1 project in year to 3 projects in a year.
• Responsible for prepared As-Built drawing and MC book

Project: South Pars Gas Field Development Project Phase 15,16

• Provided expert technical support to the subcontractor, execution coordinate efforts and follow up subcontractor progress work.
• Supervised and oversaw equipment installation and assembling including pump, air cooler, compressor, heat exchanger, tower, column, vessel, drum, and package in most of the units
• Monitor field work contract work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and specifications, and codes
• Prepared reporting to the project manager, General manager, top management and client (Monthly Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report, Meeting Report), and providing the necessary data (narrative, charts, graphs, etc.) required for the progress report.
