Aaron Bencid
Editor
Summary
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Aaron left the socio-political unrest of his home country and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a filmmaking career. During his years in film school, he refined his editorial skills and collaborated with multiple directors throughout. After producing Golden Goose Deluxe Brand’s first fashion film, he went on to edit the following two, both of which received festival acclaim and won numerous advertising awards. This success led him to work for high-end fashion companies such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce Vita, and Moda Operandi. He was also appointed a part of Apple’s creative and post-production team during the Fall of 2016 and worked on the keynote opening film “Accessibility – Sady”. After graduating with honors from Art Center College of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film, he edited the Grammy nominated video for acclaimed hip-hop artist Tierra Whack. Aaron continues to work as an editor in L.A., working on all forms of content in his quest for viscerally compelling films.
