Aaron Amos

I love working with youth and adults. I've been so approximately 10 years or more and would like to continue doing so. I enjoy being a part of others success. I take on challenges of being creative in different ways in order to draw individuals from the negative focus to a more positive insight. I'm a very patient person and I always attempt to give relatable sound advice if it is willing to be received. I carry myself to a high standard in my workplace. I'm very active in my approach with youth and adults whether it be actively listening or physically active as well. I take pleasure in working with other staff to hear their ideas on improvements of the youth and the facility. I accept new challenges that come everyday and willing to drop my expectations when things aren't going as planned. I take my work seriously and I am a great team player. I would be a very valuable asset to this organization.
