The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director- Compliance. This is a full-time 1.00 FTE, 12-month, fixed term professional faculty position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Athletic Director.

Reporting to the Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance assists in ensuring compliance with all University, PAC-12 Conference and NCAA rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics, including, but not limited to amateurism, recruiting, financial aid, playing & practice seasons, and eligibility.
Minimum/Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Two years of full-time experience working within a Division I Athletics department.
Familiarity with NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 24 months.
Preferred (Special) Qualifications
Master’s degree in related field.
Three or more years experience with NCAA Compliance at an NCAA Division I institution.
Experience with NCAA Compliance Assistant (CA), NCAA LSDBi, JumpForward and/or BlueChip.
A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
