To coordinate the video aspects of the Women’s Basketball program consistent with the policies of Miami University, the NCAA, and other appropriate governing bodies (i.e. Mid-American Conference). This position reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
This position specifically supports the mission of the University and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics by assisting in institutional compliance with NCAA and Conference rules and regulations.
Duties/Physical Demands: Participates in the administration and organization of the Women's Basketball program to include:
Develops and maintains film exchange agreements with opponent programs for the purposes of mutual scouting, including capturing all exchange films. Develops and maintains video and researches/assesses new methods and technology to make recommendations as appropriate. Coordinates all video operations related to Miami Women’s Basketball as it relates to team travel, head and assistant coach needs, set-up and breakdown equipment. Creates and edits video reports from practices and games. Creates any videos needed for camps, banquets and player development. Special event planning and any other duties as assigned by the Head Coach

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Demonstrated experience working in a basketball related job
3. Ability to create recruiting or marketing graphics using programs such as Photoshop
4. Demonstrated understanding of software such as FastModel and administrative software such as JumpForward.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of basic NCAA rules
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new tasks and programs quickly
7. Ability to travel and work outside normal workday hours
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree
2. Collegiate Women’s Basketball work experience
3. Demonstrated understanding of video editing based hardware and software systems including SportsCode, Synergy, and iMovie
