Trebol Soccer Club which has been a part of the Colorado soccer community for the past twenty-one years and dedicated to providing the east Boulder county community a quality soccer program, is looking for a Director of Coaching.
The club’s goal is to create a lifelong passion for the game for all its members, to maximize each players potential and equip them to play at multiple levels.

Job Description:
• Culture Creation; create a positive club culture by defining the roles and responsibilities of the different constituents, coaches, players and parents. Become the “Face of the Club”
• Ensure that all communication is clear, concise and consistent. Handle all concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• In association with the Board of Directors and Executive Director help to grow club numbers to ensure we can offer a quality program at all age levels. This includes but is not limited to the development of a recreational program grades K thru 4th grade and the expansion of the club’s program at the higher and older age levels.
• Oversight and management of after school soccer program.
• Recruitment, placement and management of Technical Directors and team coaches, based on the needs and demands of the individual team / age group.
• Attend team practices and games and provide evaluation feedback to coaches and players.
• Oversight and management of the clubs Advanced Player Program.
• Devise and implement an on- coaching education program and implement the program on a consistent basis throughout the year to ensure coach development.
• Implementation of playing philosophy, coaching curriculum throughout all age groups within the club
• Development and overseeing of a College Advisory Program.
• Organize and run Tryouts. Ensuring ALL teams have a qualified coach, teams are correctly formed and placed in the appropriate level of league play.
• Organizes and manages off-season camps and clinics
• Produce and provide budget for areas of responsibility
Requirement, Abilities and Attributes:
• USSF A License or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a supervisory capacity in a youth soccer organization
• Excellent communicator with conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and lead, coachers players and colleagues
• Possess a high level of integrity and motivation to get “the job done”
• Be a team player
• Excellent computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point, cloud based knowledge etc) and administrative skills
