UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American) member, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Director, Fan Development.
The selected candidate will assist the Associate A.D. of Fan Development in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of strategic marketing and promotional campaigns to increase the visibility of the UCF athletics program with students, alumni, fans, and general public. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the planning and execution of marketing campaign / programs / events to increase ticket sales, attendance & the fan experience at home events.
Minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of appropriate experience. Prefer professional or collegiate sports marketing background.
Graphic design, strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills also preferred. As a UCF Athletics staff member, the selected candidate will be a person of integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program.
