University of Mount Olive has an opening for a full-time Assistant Director of Athletics Communications. Duties will be assisting with all aspects of athletics communications, with primary emphasis on event coverage, maintaining the website, and generating publicity for the athletics program. This is a 12-month, full-time position. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Sports Management, or related field, and excellent writing and computer skills required. Experience in Stat Crew statistical software required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) preferred. Collegiate level athletics communications experience preferred.
