Associate Athletics Director for Resource Development

We are seeking an Associate Athletics Director for Resource Development to oversee and direct the capital gifts, annual fund, and ticket sales operations in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This position provides leadership for the operations of the Baylor Bear Foundation, manages a portfolio of principal gift prospects, and coordinates and collaborates with the Division of University Development on athletics fundraising initiatives.
Additionally, this position is responsible for the following areas:
• Serve as a member of the Athletics external relations executive team
• Develop a comprehensive revenue plan to address all revenue-producing units in Athletics
• Determine and manage departmental budget
• Establish metrics and recognition program for fundraising initiatives
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master’s Degree and seven years of relevant work experience are preferred.
