Ticketing, Associate Director
The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Ticketing, Associate Director.

The Ticketing, Associate Director serves as one of a team of ticket managers (ticketing team) that each have primary responsibility for a reserved seating sport (football, men's basketball, women's basketball and hockey). This position reports to the Director of Ticketing, serves as the primary contact for premium seat and club ticketing, serves as the subject matter expert on all ticketing data and reporting as well as assists the Director in leading the ticketing team.
This position will have primary responsibilities for all premium seat ticket operations (football, men's basketball, women's basketball and hockey) including ticket design and presentation, invoicing and renewals, as well as event responsibilities.
This position will also serve as the lead for all data, reporting and analytics initiatives within the ticket office. They will serve as the ticket office liaison and or lead various University and department-wide projects that involve ticket data, including but not limited to enterprise CRM, ticket sales and service CRM, ticket marketplace, gameday app, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Strong analytical skills, as well as experience with ticketing and revenue reporting, preferred. (*LI-POST)
Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system
• Ticket report writing experience
