Part Time Coach Requirements: Field coaching hours and administration hours Manage day-to-day duties such as communicating with the Main office via email or phone First 6-12 months - Coaches will work 1-15+ field hours per week in a variety of different programs including Tots clinics, afterschool programs, camps, and additional programs. Year 2 onwards - Coaches will work 10-30+ field hours per week in a variety of different programs including Tots clinics, afterschool programs, skills clinics, camps, and additional programs. Follow and help Develop age specific curriculums and player development plans for all programs
Full Time Coach/Assistant Program Director Responsibilities: Create and execute marketing plans for Summer Camps (ages 3-13), holiday camps and day off camps/programs Field coaching hours and administration/office work Responsible for day to day management of programs to include coach scheduling, session preparation, marketing and in office administrative support as well as on field supervision Coaches will work 15+ field hours per week in a variety of different programs including tots programs, afterschool programs, team training, skills clinics, camps, and additional programs Ability to Develop, manage and create a curriculum and player development plans for all groups/teams and individuals Perform seasonal player evaluations Coach 1-2 teams per year and additional programs as assigned
Part Time Coach Position Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years playing experience in soccer at the High School Varsity Level
• Must have minimum USSF "F" License or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Excellent management, organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Highly motivated individual who excels in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Must have strong ability to demonstrate technical skills for all ages.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills and people skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Must be eligible to work within the United States without sponsorship
Full Time Coach/Assistant Program Director Requirements:

• Must have minimum USSF "D" License or equivalent
• Must have collegiate and/or professional playing experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Excellent management, organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Highly motivated individual who excels in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Must have strong ability to demonstrate advanced technical skills for all ages, including Academy, ECNL, and National Level Players
• Excellent conflict resolution skills and people skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Must be eligible to work within the United States without sponsorship
