KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Close and generate $6M - $10M in New Logo BFSI yearly revenue by identifying, prospecting and selling new BFSI prospects
• Identify New Logo BFSI opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the BFSI Industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Selling traditional contact center solutions, combined with Process & Digital Transformation by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Align Sales Efforts with Alorica Strategic Operating Goals for Geos, Services, Pricing, and Profitability
• Accountability for Effectiveness and Impact of Sales Presentations, Proposals, RFPs, and Contracts
• Utilize Key Reporting Systems (Salesforce, MS Power BI, etc.) to Provide Market, Pipeline, and Forecasting Data Intelligence
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of BFSI senior level sale/sales management experience selling to Fortune 500 type companies.
Physical Demands
Constant sedentary work. You’ll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.
