Position Summary:
Assist the Finish Director, Head Sr. Designers and Designers with relevant finish information,
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Assist Finish Director, VP. Product Development, Sr. Head Designers, and Designers with updated finish communications, and MCP/DCP sample information
Specific Responsibilities
• Maintain Product Development Spreadsheets & Product Development Seasonal Cycle Calendar
(Including weekly status reports on all product development projects)
• Prepare department for all weekly Product Development meetings by pulling MCP or DCP swatches needed for product reviews
• Responsible for Shipping and receiving of all DCP & MCP's including tracking & resolving any sample issues by working closely with WSI agents and vendors
• Maintain finish names for Past, Present, and Future seasons, and sharing this information with merchants and E-Comm teams as needed
• Manage the MCP (Master Control Panel) library to make sure samples are up to date and old out of date swatches are purged and new ones ordered as replacements
• Manage the DCP (Development Control Panel) swatches sample product cycles
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
• Bachelors or Design degree (or experience in related field)
• Proficiency in MAC and PC
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and schedule work in a deadline driven environment
• Strong communication skills
