Job Description
Raymour & Flanigan is looking to hire an experienced and energetic Director of Loyalty and Customer Relationship Marketing. This leader will be based in the Field Support Center in Liverpool, NY and report to the Vice President of Marketing. He/ she will be responsible for CRM functions including maximizing customers' lifetime value and improving customer retention. He /she will work directly with various in-house teams, including our studio and creative agency and external partners to execute strategic plans. He or she will work closely with the company's senior leadership team to drive comparable store growth and achievement of the company's market share goal over the coming years.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
• Evolve and enhance Raymour & Flanigan's loyalty program, currently the VIP Club
• Lead post-purchase customer relationship
• Build membership base and enhance existing marketing text-message program
• Lead the strategy and execution of company's direct-mail program
• Drive customer engagement and sales revenue through partnerships with in-house digital and traditional media agencies
• Establish and communicate relevant KPI targets to internal and external partners
• Build out formal customer retention team within greater marketing department
• Develop customer journey that optimizes marketing efforts to drive greater retention
• Evaluate external tools and resources to drive and scale personalized marketing across all customer touch points without CRM technology.
• Partner with financial institutions which support online and offline customer financing options
• Increase credit utilization for account holders
• Bimonthly store visits to ensure full understanding of company initiatives and realities.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of loyalty marketing experience with experience at world-class brand(s)
• MBA or Masters in Marketing is a plus; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Successful track record of leading large workgroups, people development and promotion
• Adept at leveraging data and analytics to establish, outline, communicate and execute a customer retention strategy
• Third party relationship establishment, negotiation and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability and confidence to interact with all levels of company leadership and ownership
• MBA or Masters in Marketing is a plus; Bachelor's degree is respected, not required
• Experienced with Microsoft Office products
