Responsibilities include:
• Create and implement strategic internal communications plan that drives employee engagement, informs employees and reinforces the company values and vision.
• Develop and deliver compelling, consistent messages via online, written, print, in-person communications channels.
• Develop and communicate quantitative and qualitative metrics evaluating effectiveness based on quality, cost, efficiency, and internal customer feedback. Partner with HR leaders and Division Heads to align organization strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and measure impact of employee communications programs and initiatives with internal audiences. Make recommendations as needed to ensure communications goals are achieved.
• Manage content development for all Town Hall meetings and Leadership Conferences (and help prepare internal and external speakers). Support other departments as needed for additional company-wide meetings.
• Design, implementation and management of enterprise intranet platforms from the business perspective; partnering with key internal stakeholders to continually look for ways to improve intranet usability based on metrics and user feedback.
◦ Ensure content is timely, consistent with organizational strategies and inspires and re-engages our employees.
• Develop and lead a team of Communications professionals
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
As Director, Enterprise Internal Communications, you will create and manage internal communications programs to inform, motivate and engage employees throughout the organization, while supporting the cross-functional leadership team and the Director, PR & Philanthropy in communicating the key corporate messages to external audiences. The Director collaborates closely with executive leadership as well as functional experts from various departments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Communications or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a communications-related role (internal or external communications)
• 6 years of experience leading teams
• 2 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of curricula with an emphasis in leadership programs
• 2 years of experience successfully implementing significant change management initiatives
• Ability to synthesize and accurately disseminate information from a variety of sources and individuals into a compelling message that can be delivered across a diverse and dispersed audience.
• Proven track record of taking initiative to identify and solve internal communications challenges, and in leading executives and others to support and champion an effective internal communications program.
• Storytelling skills; ability to distill complex concepts, craft a compelling narrative, and build an emotional connection.
• Collaboration; exceptional ability to create productive relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
• Adaptability, willing to take on projects big and small.
• Project management experience necessary; event planning experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, able to set priorities, and work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
