Job Description
Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development
We are currently seeking a Director of Talent Management and Organizational Developmentwho will be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring programs and initiatives that drive individual and team performance, facilitating professional development, and building strategic capabilities and competencies necessary in a changing marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
• Ownership of talent management programs and processes. Drives performance management, succession planning, talent assessment processes and standards throughout the organization to enhance individual and organizational performance to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership and direction to ensure a strong talent pipeline for critical business roles.
• Steward to the company culture through associate engagement activities and communication across all business units.
• Develop and lead associate engagement and retention programs.
• Collaborate with HR management & business leaders to strategically identify critical human capital organizational needs to address and prepare for future business requirements.
• Lead the team to design, develop and implement effective management and leadership training that supports key talent management initiatives (succession planning, high-potential program, etc…) and fosters continued development.
• Act as a coach and resource to business leaders and HR Business Partners to enhance organizational development effectiveness.
• Manages direct reports and responsible for their performance in the recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development areas of the business.
Skills and Certifications:
• Able to think strategically while being operationally strong and willing to perform “hands-on” role in the development and implementation of employee and leadership development programs.
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving ability including the ability to develop innovative solutions to employee and leadership development needs.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Exhibits strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor\u0027s Degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Human Resources or a business related field of study.
• 7+ years hands-on of demonstrated success in relevant Talent Management/Learning and Development / HR Experience
