Position Summary
Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health leading one of our dynamic teams for a growing company? You will have the opportunity to utilize your financial or clinical acumen to assist with formulary decisions as a Director of Formulary Management.
You direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of the CVS Health Custom formularies and drug list publications for the Commercial and Health Plan lines of business.
In this dynamic role, you will direct and manage activities for a team of 12 responsible for formulary-related processes, projects, and programs supporting the implementation and maintenance of client custom publications while ensuring full compliance with applicable rules and regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for the Formulary Management Performance and Quality Metrics Package including the identification and monitoring of key metrics.
An ideal candidate will be an organized, well-adapted individual with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Senior Management and customers at all levels of an organization and maintain high confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
-PC skills; MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
-Project Management and Performance Management skills with a proven track record of experience and success
Preferred Qualifications
-Certificates or Licenses preferred include Six Sigma Certification, (CSSGB), CQI training, Operations Excellence experience
-High-energy, visionary and creative individual with the highest ethical standards, credibility, discernment and focus.
-Strategic thinker with sound technical and analytical abilities, political savvy and a big picture perspective.
-Ability to define, monitor and measure organizational performance and continuous process improvement.
-Experience in the concepts of coaching, mentoring and continuous learning
-Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and foundational Quality measurements.
Education
-Bachelor Degree required
