Position Description
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements risk based training strategy and plan designed to meet the rigor of regulations
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Drives engagement and consulting with business partners as a subject matter expert to evaluate Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk inherent in new products and services
• Leads and supervises the examination process towards successful outcomes
• Leads the creation and implementation of program elements needed to mitigate fraud against consumers in the sale of financial services
• Provides direction for the creation, maintenance, and implementation of risk-based Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program elements (for example, program documentation, internal controls in the facilities and home office, product evaluation, audit management and training)
• Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Law, Criminal Justice or related field and 6 years experience in compliance, financial services or related field OR 8 years experience in compliance, financial services or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
10 years experience with Anti-Money Laundering compliance
6 years of supervisory experience
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification
Master s degree in Business Administration
