Position Description
What you'll do
The Walmart Global eCommerce team is responsible for building and enhancing the next generation global eCommerce capabilities for our rapidly expanding customer base. This role will own the vision and execution for streamlining the processing and reporting infrastructure for one of the largest consumer data sets in the world.
As Director of Product Management -- Data Infrastructure, you will define the strategy around a broad range of high volume data solutions including Walmart’s identity graph, cross-device event collection and product catalog (among several other platform solutions). The growth, scale and opportunity are significant and are foundational to creating the best experiences for our customers.
Ultimately, we strive to collect interactivity data from every customer touchpoint and use this to enhance the next experience. Your responsibility will be to prioritize among the many opportunities available to enhance the infrastructure to deliver these solutions at scale.

Responsibilities
●Nexus of communication and planning between marketers, data scientists and engineers. Ability to lead each of these audiences with confidence and authority.
●Drive prioritization, strategy and vision for a wide array of data infrastructure efforts.
●Equal ability to understand and influence business priorities as well as technical architecture.
●Drive buy vs. build decisions relative to customer data solutions (identity, event collection, etc.).
●Ability to prioritize competing data initiatives and communicate with precision.
●Work with rock star data science and data engineering teams in a fast paced, agile development process.
●Lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
●Unlock data access for a variety of technical and non-technical teams.
