Overview
The Director of Client Services is responsible for managing Client Service Managers, Division Client Service Managers, Associate Client Service Managers and Project Administrators to ensure we are meeting annual goals of clients by effectively managing client and retailer expectations for all retail tasks. The Director will train associates on negotiation, implementation, monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, invoicing, and other personal and business development skills. The Director will ensure their associates manage all related financial activities within CROSSMARK’s process while providing a high level of service to client representatives and co-workers and assisting the organization in achieving a service excellence culture.
Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to manage Client Service Managers (CSM), Division Client Service Managers (DCSM), Associate Client Service Managers (ACSM) and Project Administrators (PA) to ensure we are meeting annual goals of clients by effectively managing client and retailer expectations for all retail tasks.
• Manage team to understand all aspects of the client’s business to ensure correct and timely execution of all client’s needs.
• Responsible for ensuring client budgets are accurate, that CSM, DCSM, ACSM, and PA provide accurate forecasts, and that budgets for both revenue and costs are met
• Evaluate CSM, DCSM, ACSM, and PA to determine opportunities for improvement.
• Train and develop CSMs, DCSMs ACSMs, and PAs, as well as other employees for future development within CROSSMARK.
• Ensure application of the business systems and processes.
• Work directly with Senior Management and Division Managers in managing the client’s and customer’s business.
• Maintain a high awareness of customer and client activity and participates in client meetings if necessary.
• Works closely with CSM, DCSM, ACSM, and PA to ensure consistency in completing assignments and maintaining proper reporting requirements.
• Review all Client Services Manager’s business related expenditures and responsible for maintaining expense levels at or below Company objectives.
• Works directly with the Senior Director and/or Division Manager to ensure business objectives are met.
• Works closely with field operations to ensure client standards are met
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Highly experienced in retail operations and a knowledge of basic accounting principles
• High level of PC knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong Excel skills
• Data Manipulation (filtering, sorting, freezing panes), Pivot Tables (summarizing/analyzing large data sets in Excel) and Vlookups (quickly pulling in information from a lookup table
• Project loading, store list creation and reporting (project summary, store detail, exceptions, workload
• Possess negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills
Work environment: Office environment
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
