Position Description
• Creates innovation strategies to achieve and influence senior executive vision
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and champions transformational and innovative change for multiple integrated strategies across the business
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Drives major change initiatives to completion
• Leads team
• Manages department budget and profit and loss (P&L) statement
• Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of supervisory experience.
5 years experience in Fresh Food Manufacturing.
5 years experience in financial planning.
Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field AND 7 years experience in fresh food manufacturing, engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field OR 9 years experience in fresh food manufacturing, engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
10 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
10 years supervisory experience.
5 years experience working on international projects.
7 years experience conducting resource planning.
Business proficiency in a second language (for example, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish).
Master's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field AND 5 years experience in fresh food manufacturing, engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field.
