Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.
As Director FRS Planning Prioritization & Program Management you will work alongside the FRS leadership team to align and execute on a focused strategic roadmap across three capabilities REDcard, Payment and Service Center as well as provide program management for key cross functional strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the FRS planning and prioritization process, creating and governing a metrics focused prioritization environment which will drive tops down prioritization and a strong execution focus. You will lead a team of program managers who will support key cross functional strategic initiatives orchestrating FRS work across teams and other pyramid teams. These program managers will work closely with FRS Sr. leader champions and will be responsible for identifying what teams are needed to perform work, align on roles and responsibilities, work with resources from those teams to plan, prioritize and sequence work across teams to achieve desired outcomes with speed. This role will deploy a consistent, systematic methodology for program management to drive performance across the teams. Through their leadership and project management experience they will enable business owners and enterprise leadership teams to successfully execute against the business strategy and outcomes. This role is jointly accountable for the success of their assigned OKRs. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
About you:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• PMP certification
• 8 – 10 years of program management experience
• Experience leading high impact, cross functional programs and teams
• Knowledge of product and agile methodology
• Ability to inspire team members and leaders to achieve results
• Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
