Description:
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of Texas Roadhouse’s business continuity and records management programs. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for records management and business continuity systems
• Develop, manage and continue to improve business continuity plans
• Manage vendor systems for records management and business continuity
• Provide support in the event of a crisis and business continuity incident
• Assist in legal research pertaining to records management
• Engage with ARMA, The BCI, and other professional groups to identify and communicate best practices related to records management and business continuity
• Perform special projects as needed

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in either business continuity, records management, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to learn new systems, manage technology, strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
