We are looking for a rockstar to come lead our Digital Program & Project Management organization towards that end -- focusing on outcome over output, elevating KPIs & insights to help us continuously improve and providing the necessary blocking & tackling to help our organization do our best work. We are looking for a leader that can bring a deep understanding of various delivery methodologies to help craft methods that suit the needs of specific areas.
You'll need to instill a culture of "why" over "what" -- with program and project managers that don't attempt to implement cookie cutter methodologies absence of context but rather understand how to use methodologies to drive the right outcomes. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
* Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
* 10+ years of experience in the Program/Project Management space
* Experience leading a progressive Program/Project Management team or organization
* Deep understanding of agile/lean software delivery methodologies
* Ability to connect iterative, experiment-based thinking to software delivery methods
* Deep experience delivering both self-contained, iterative programs as well as larger enterprise programs
* Familiarity with software investment financial tracking and management best practices
* Deep people management/coaching experience
* Ideally, experience within a digital retail organization
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
